This is a nightmare
Auction house made me pay the full for the item, later asked me to pay a second round for some fees Later asked me to sign a release doc for shipping and thats all I never got my items Auction house dont answer any message Auction house play dumb sending me info in Italian language and when i wrote back in english or sometimes using google translator they just ignored me I never got my items Period

no comment, you didn't pay the shipping cost to the courier and we didn't send you the item Probably the shipping cost more than the item you bought (150 euro)? If so you should have thought about it before buying it
