Description
A Modern French Limoges Bernardaud Aldo Cavanna porcelain dish or nut bowl. This fabulous asymmetrical ware was designed by Aldo Cavanna in France in 1987 for Bernardaud, along with many pieces of the Fusion line. Marked on the reverse: Bernardaud Prize 1987 1st prize form Aldo Cavanna School Crea France. Presented in an original box, marked on the top. Aldo Cavanna: After two years of in depth training at Crear, he obtained the diploma of artistic expression technician in ceramics and created his boutique workshop Future Prior. In 1987, Aldos work was rewarded by Bernardaud porcelain, which awarded him first prize for a contemporary table line and which has marketed it under the name, Les Plies Cavanna, since 1990. He participated in several exhibitions, notably at the International Biennial of Art Ceramics in Valauris and at the Museum of Sarreguemines: Three plates for a meal.
