Description
Ink on parchment document signed by Marie de Medici. Marie de' Medici (1575-1642) was the Queen of France and Navarre as the second wife of King Henry IV upon their marriage in 1600. She served as regent of France between 1610 and 1617 during the minority of her son Louis XIII. The document with an engraving portrait of the queen.

Condition
There are losses, creases, and tears. There is discoloration and foxing throughout. There are areas of possible moisture exposure, particularly in the upper right corner. Some fading to the ink. No visible signs of restoration under UV light. Framed under glass. Not examined out of frame.
